Cashew Milk

Ever since I did my 3 Day Juice Cleanse with Pulp San Marco,  something just clicked. I want fresh juice every day and crave whole foods more. Of course this was the idea all along so again, I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Since then I’ve broken out my juicer at home to experiment with favorite recipes. I’ve been posting them a lot online through instagram and I’ve received a lot of interest in my recipes and what juicer I use. By popular demand here are three juicing and (milking?) recipes I love. 3 Great Juicing (and Milk) Recipes
I’m currently using a Jack La Lanne juicer. Great if you don’t like pulp, bad if you want to use leafy greens…

Lean Mean Green



3 Stalks of Celery
1 Bell Pepper (remove seeds)
2 Green Apples (red apples are fine)
2 Lemons (peel if you don’t like the bitter rind taste) 
1 Knob of Ginger (if you like ginger- it’s fine without)
Yields 16 oz
Vitamin C Crush
3 Medium Carrots
1 Qt of Strawberries
1 Large Grapefruit
1 Half Medium Cucumber
2 Lemons
3 Apples 
Yields 32 oz

Creamy Cashew Milk
3 Pitted Dates
Cinnamon to Taste (Start with a dash)
Sea Salt to Taste (Start with a dash)
1 Cup of Cashews Soaked Overnight
Blend and drain through a cheese cloth or wire mesh strainer. 
Squeeze milk through cloth (you can save the pulp for cookies)
Yields 20 oz

I fell in love with cashew milk during my cleanse. So filling and so easy to make!
