3 Reasons to Dine at 3 Palms Grille | Where I’m Eating

With the New Year comes our resolutions and goals. I’m all about goal setting and looking back on the year before to make improvements. As for resolutions, it seems that word is just an excuse to make a promise to yourself you ultimately break. That’s why, every year I set a resolution I know will be achievable, and also improve my life. This year, all I want is to spend more time with the people I love. I want go to concerts, say yes to exciting adventures, and spend more time at Happy Hour with my favorite girls. Brunching it up at the brand new 3 Palms Grille was perfect way to kick off my new resolution. Here’s what I loved, and why you should make a reservation today.

1. The New “Best Kept not so Secret” Hot Spot
I love a good “Best Kept Secret”. You know, the place that doesn’t need to advertise because they are just that good. The place the neighborhood locals flock to for happy hour every day, and end up staying all night. The place you can count on for that favorite dish, or something new to tempt your taste buds. That place that just has that “it” factor. Combining their mutual success in the restaurant biz, owners of Caps on the Water Bernard and Vivian de Raad and the owners of Eleven South Karen Belloit Thomas and John Nagy, together have launched Ponte Vedra’s newest addition 3 Palms Grille. Tucked away inside Sawgrass’s Oak Bridge neighborhood, 3 Palms has a country club feeling of exclusivity but with complete access to the public. That’s right, pull up to the gates, let them know you are dining at 3 Palms, and you are let right in. You don’t even need a password to dine in their stylish setting, or to grab a drink and watch the sunset on their stunning patio overlooking the green.

2. Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys

3 Palms is serving up fresh Coastal Cuisine with European and Southern influences for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday as well as brunch on Sundays. The menu itself is impressive and full of tasty options, but the crown jewel of Sunday brunch has to be the bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys. Both sets of partners are well known for their way around a wine and cocktail list, so it comes as no surprise they know how to quench the thirst of their foodie fans.

3. Upscale Casual Neighborhood Dining

3 Palms Grille has an upscale atmosphere with a casual vibe. The modern neutral motif was the vision of Karen and Vivian as they worked together to set a scene that invited you to relax and unwind whether you arrive directly off the golf course, or are dining in for date night. From the interior design to the flavorful dishes set before you, it’s clear each moment a guest spends at 3 Palms was thoughtfully curated. The menu caters to the tastes of the conservative and adventurous palates alike with tasty selections like Truffled Deviled Eggs, Grilled Spanish Octopus, and Buttermilk Chicken. Part of an ongoing revitalization in the Oak Bridge neighborhood in Sawgrass including the new Oak Bridge Club, 3 Palms Grille is excited about the warm welcome the community has received them with, and thrilled to serve diners in the neighborhood and beyond.

I’ve been craving that Buttermilk Chicken since the moment I left. Indeed this culinary team are masters at crave-able cuisine. I can’t wait to see what they cook up next. From events on the green to their best in brunch menu, I’m definitely a fan of 3 Palms Grille.

Until then…

Enjoy the Journey!
